Copyright Liability:
Beyond Signs & Graphics is not responsible for gathering,
maintaining, or verifying the copyright status of customer provided
files. All print customers are responsible for obtaining permission
to use, duplicate, or edit all copyrighted material before submitting
said files to Beyond Signs & Graphics. All Companies wishing to provide files
to Beyond Signs & Graphics for production must complete and sign the
"Copyright Liability Release Form," thereby, assuming all liability
for any possible copyright violations and releasing Beyond Signs &
Graphics from said responsibility.
Screen Printing:
Due to the heat involved in the screen printing process, invisible
imperfections can be brought to the surface of many articles of
clothing. Customers will still be charged for a print on any
customer supplied defective items. Beyond Graphics will not be
responsible for replacing customer supplied stock in the event of a
misprint. Customers will not be charged for misprints on clothing
provided by Beyond Graphics.
Vehicle Wraps:
Vehicle wraps are visual advertisements intended to be viewed at a
distance. Due to the nature of stretching, covering, and “wrapping”
complex shapes on the vehicle, some images may not be perfectly
aligned when viewed up close. The adhesive in the vinyls used for a
vehicle wrap is not meant to be applied to rubber moldings, but is
applied to them nevertheless for the continuity of the vehicle’s
appearance. Beyond Graphics is not responsible to replace or remove
any vinyl applied to rubber surfaces or pliable plastics that may
become loose or peel off.
Sign Installs:
Customer must be fully aware that certain signs require approval from the
city that their business is located in. Beyond Graphics is not
responsible for obtaining/furnishing said approvals and operates on
the assumption that approval has been obtained by the customer
before the order has been started. Beyond Graphics is not
responsible for removal of said signs once installed. Customer is
responsible for payment of said signs regardless of city approval
once the order has been started.
Web Hosting:
Cancellation of the hosting for any website requires notice of no
less than 30 days in writing. Hosting cannot be billed for partial
months. Therefore mid-month cancellations will be billed through the
end of that month. Hosting, once paid for, cannot be refunded.
Beyond Graphics does not guarantee Internet Traffic, or "hits", for
any website. Beyond Graphics is responsible only for the design
and/or hosting of your site. You must provide marketing for your
site in order for it to be successful.
The remaining balance for any web design order is due upon Estimated
Completion Date regardless of content completion. Beyond Graphics
cannot be held responsible for delays in content submission,
customer approvals, excess changes to the design, etc.
